Welcome to Soulfleurir. These terms apply when you purchase a Soul Curation service from me. Please have a read before placing your order — I've tried to keep the legal waffle to a minimum.
Your Soul Curation
Soul Curation is a personalised intuitive service created for reflection, self-exploration and personal guidance.
Depending on the option you purchase, your Soul Curation may include an intuitive reading delivered as an audio recording, personalised written Soul Notes, and/or a bespoke integration plan and accompanying resources.
Each Soul Curation is created individually for you and is not a pre-made or automatically generated product.
Before I begin
After purchasing, you'll receive an email asking you to complete a short Soul Curation form.
Your reading cannot begin until I have received the information I need from you.
You may also choose to send me a recent photograph to help me connect with you during your reading. This is completely optional and will not affect whether I can provide the service.
Any photograph you send for this purpose will be deleted once your Soul Curation has been completed and delivered.
Intuitive guidance
Soul Curation is intended for personal reflection, wellbeing and self-development.
Intuitive readings are subjective by nature. I cannot guarantee that particular messages, themes, predictions or outcomes will arise during a reading, or that everything within a reading will resonate with you.
Soul Curation is not medical or mental-health treatment and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please seek an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
You remain responsible for any decisions or actions you take following your reading.
Turnaround and delivery
Any estimated turnaround time shown when you purchase is an estimate unless I have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.
Your completed Soul Curation will be delivered digitally using the contact details you provide.
Please make sure the email address and other information you provide are correct.
Cancellations and refunds
Because Soul Curations involve work created specifically for each customer, please contact me as soon as possible if you change your mind or need to cancel.
Your cancellation and refund rights will depend on whether work on your personalised service has begun and the circumstances of your purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
If there is a problem with your Soul Curation or you believe I haven't provided what was agreed, please contact me so I can put things right.
Availability
Some Soul Curation packages have limited availability because every reading and resource is personally created by me.
Where availability is limited, spaces are offered on a first-purchased basis.
I may temporarily close bookings when all available spaces have been filled.
Intellectual property and personal use
Your Soul Curation is created specifically for you and is for your personal use.
Please don't reproduce, resell, publish, distribute or commercially use the written, audio, video or other resources I create for you without my permission.
You're very welcome to share small excerpts on social media if you'd like to share your experience, provided they aren't presented as your own work.
Privacy
I will only use the personal information you provide to process your purchase, communicate with you and create and deliver your Soul Curation, except where you have separately agreed to another use.
Your information will be handled securely and will not be sold to third parties.
Your consumer rights
These terms do not limit any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Services supplied to consumers must, among other requirements, be performed with reasonable care and skill, and businesses cannot use contract terms to remove those statutory protections. GOV.UK
